How do I cancel or reschedule a lesson?

To cancel a session, navigate to your account. From your dashboard, tap on the arrows adjacent to your name. Next, click on Settings and choose Cancel Tutoring Sessions. This will direct you to a pop-up with our Cancellation Form. Kindly complete the form with the required details to finalise your cancellation.

How can I update my payment method?

You can update your payment method by logging in to your account and navigating to the Payment Settings of your account.

I have forgotten the password to my account

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.

How can I access my child’s homework?

You can access your child’s homework by logging in to your account, navigate to your child's profile, and click on the Homework tab to view and download assignments.
